Final- life summary

In August 2007 the family decided to move and start a new life in Minnesota together. Certain plans were made and things were promised that never happened. Instead new and better doors were opened to the family when we finally moved. I went to a semester of highschool, found a job and decided to leave school because I wasn't interested in school anymore. I worked all throught 2008 then my mom suggested I think about college so I took the GED passed and was accepted immediately. I am studying photography for now and hopefully other degrees in the future. So in summary growing up life wasn't so peachy but it became better and better as I grew older.

That about sums up my life for the past eighteen years. Well... I just recieved my permmit in 2009 which is the most recent thing that's happened to me.

  1. Wow! When I think about the angst that I have about my childhood it seems like tinker toys compared to yours. What I do know is that sometimes people are born to their spirit family and sometimes people are born to a "good enough family" kind of like your GED. Then if we're lucky we recognize our worth and go on to higher education with our true spirit family. Sometimes, life's lessons are hard in order to make us stronger and more empathetic to others so we can make a difference. You've found your spirit family and now it's up to you to make a difference. If you're up for the challenge, sure enough life won't be easy but there will be rewards. Life is good. It's just that people sometimes aren't. Those are the people that cannot rise above their past. You're already the exception. Keep on keeping on and someday you may be one of many who will help to save the world.

  2. Oma is right you have found your spirit family. We would not be complete as a family without you. You are one of the most strongest (both in will and courage) people I know. Me and Dad used to have a saying we used to tell eachother...I love you like I breathe...It's natural and without you I would cease to live. I know your not my natural born son but the way I feel about you is the same. My world would end without you. I love you like I breathe and I always will.
